Laser Machine Setup Video
This video explains how to setup your Origin Laser machine once you take delivery. The video explains how to hook up the air compressor, the water chiller and install the laser tube. The video also covers how to align the laser beam.
Laser Head Assembly
When replacing or cleaning the focusing lens it’s important to replace the lens in the correct orientation. The dome side of the lens should be facing up with the flat side of the lens facing down towards the nozzle.
After replacing the lens you should always double check the laser alignment as seen in the machine setup video.
When cleaning lenses and mirrors use acetone and a cotton cue tip. Be careful not apply pressure to the mirror of lens as this could result in scratching.
